He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Stewart and Lucy Stewart; his siblings, Elvin Stewart and Ruby Cole; and his grandchildren, Rachel Bonner and Tyler Christian Bonner.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Stewart; his brothers, Bob Stewart (Joanne), Nelson Stewart (Becky), Jerrold Stewart (Billie) and Ricky Stewart (Darlene); his children, Mark, Patti Bonner, Jay, Leslie Hines and Lisa Stewart Woodbury; his grandchildren, Mark Alton Bonner, II, Patrick Bonner, Brandi, Doug Howard, Jason, Taylor Hines, Jessica, Timothy Taylor and B. J. Woodbury; and his great grandchildren, Lorna and Savannah Howard.
