He is survived by: his wife Yung Perkins of Dothan; and his sons, Ernest Perkins (Barbara) of Pittsboro, IN, Steven Perkins (Karla) of Muskegon, MI, Terry Perkins (Tammy) of Huntsville, AL, James Perkins of Huntsville, AL, John Perkins of Buford, GA and Charles Perkins (Jamie) of Pace, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
