He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lee Carter; his daughters, Nicolette Carter Burgans (Cole) and Juliette Vanessa Carter; his siblings, Rusty Bryant (Belinda), Bryant Carter (Sharon), Dunnavant Goodson and Elizabeth Nason; his aunt Nancy Jordan; his nephew Seaman Ethan Johnson; and his close friends, Mark and Sue Ellen Long. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
