He was predeceased by: his parents, Heflin Sprayberry (Hamp) and Carolyn Deal Sprayberry; and his great-niece Carrie Guidroz. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sprayberry of Dothan, Alabama; his stepdaughters, Tara Barr (Len) of Auburn and Laura Thomas (Sloan) of Dothan, Alabama; his grandchildren, Hamilton Barr, Morgan Len Barr of Auburn, Laney Thomas and Sloan Thomas, Jr. of Dothan, Alabama; his sister-in-law Linda McGhee of Dothan, Alabama; his brothers, David Sprayberry (Shirley) of Oakdale and Danny Sprayberry of Berwick, Louisiana; his sister-in-law Pam Sprayberry of Berwick, Louisiana; his sister Sallie King (Tom) of Sterling, Alaska; and his siblings' children, Kit Guidroz (Rollan), Zack Sprayberry, Sara Sprayberry, Matt Sprayberry (Cathy), Susan Sprayberry, Carma King (David Marion), Jarod King (Kayla) and Carrie King (Jason Christmas).

The family kindly requests those who are planning to attend to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing due to the ongoing pandemic.
