He was predeceased by: his father Wilfred Thomas Bastien, Sr.; his former wife Carol Bastien; his sister Susan Holster; and his great-nephew Braylon Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Bastien; his children, Amanda Black (Troy) and Lee Welch (Suzanne); his siblings, Mike Bastien (Tonja) and Anne Eddins (Charlie); his niece Elise Bastien (Patrick); his sister Jean Beasley (John); and his close friend Max Smith (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
