He was predeceased by: his parents, William Isaac and Mary Sue Dykes; and his siblings, Mary Emma Dykes and Jimmy Dykes. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Dykes; his children, Sheila Phillips (Mark), Bobby Dykes (Kathy), Michael Dykes (Yvette), Tracey Stephens and Kenneth Stephens (Stella); his grandchildren, Allan Parrish, Miranda Driskell, Hilary Dykes, Michael Dykes, Bradley Dykes, Britney Dykes, Gabe Stephens, Lilly Stephens and Annie Stephens; his sister Betty Waters; and his sister-in-law Mot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
