He was predeceased by: his parents, William Estell Welch and Sarah Alice Kelley Welch; and his siblings, Marie Welch Cherry, Freddie and Wayne Welch.
He is survived by: his sons, Chad Welch (Sabrina) and Brandon Welch (Emily); his grandchildren, Clay, Annsley Kate and Lyric; and his sibling's children, Shannon Welch, Kristina Corbin (Alex), Kinsley Corbin, Sierra Kirkland, Picca and Copper.
