He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Dell Wiggins and William Harold Wiggins. He is survived by: his sister Sarah Jane Hatcher (Tim); his nephews, Hampton Skipper (Kari) of Dothan and Hunter Skipper (Sarah) of Dothan; his uncle Richey Phillips of Valley Head, Ala; and his cousins, J. W. Weatherly of Huntsville, Ala, Annettee Phillips Wadsworh (Howard) of Auburn, Ala and Clint Phillips of Mentone, Ala.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
