She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Annie Lois Anglin of Landover Hills, MD, Betty Gregkin of Vauxhall, NJ, Geraldine Knight (Leon), Harvey Knight (Sara Nell), Gennette Blackmon (Tommy), Billy Knight (Elaine), Jimmy Knight (Lisa), Lorane Knight of Atlanta, GA and Ellen Knight of Montgomery, AL; her parents, Johnny Walker and Carrie Walker; her husband Lester Bob Carthen; her siblings, Johnny Walker Jr., Theo Walker, Alice Hammonds, Alberta McClure and Minnie Mae Kilgore; her son Terry Knight (Turk); and her great grandchild Torrance Latrell Thomas. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and life long friends.
