He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Dixon and Mary Dixon. He is survived by: his children, Ruby Holston of Dothan, AL and Billy E. Dixon of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Jermaine H. Coleman of Clearwater, FL, Christopher B. Coleman of Enterprise, AL and Anthony H. Coleman of Dothan, AL; his brother J. D. Dixon; his nieces, Amanda Kirkland and Janice Hart; and his close friend Julius Watkins. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
