He is survived by: his wife Pasty Sims Burkett; his children, Lori Smith (Bill Stubbs), Victoria Hallford (James), Grover Lee Burkett (Windy) and Paul Barnes; his siblings, Sarah Knight and Donnie Burkett (Pat); his grandchildren, Adam Smith (Amanda), Emily Lasner, Tonya Sanders (Matthew), Marc McLendon (Hannah), Brandon Burkett (Kelci), Katie Hallford and Morgan Hallford; and his great grandchildren, Leanna Savannah, Mallori, Lilliana, Jacob, Wesley, Bella and Jack.
Social distancing guidelines and masks will be observed.
