He is survived by: the mothers of children, Patsy Watson and Donna Carr; his sons, Billy Allen Tice (Joy) of Dothan, Bobby Tice, David Tice (Cindy), Travis Tice (Candice) and Rehobeth; and his siblings, Diane Tice, James Lee Tice, Jr. Dothan (June McMurphy), James Earl Tice (Brenda Gail) and Avon. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
