We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Zadie Smith of Dothan, Alabama, born in Cowarts, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Paul and Ina Ruth DeVane; her husband Maxie Smith; and her daughter Starla Smith Perez. She is survived by: her children, Danny Smith (Mary Margaret) of Kennesaw, Sammy D. Smith (Alisa) of Orlando, James Phillip Smith (Cindy) of Webb, Alabama and Margaret Wyatt (Joe) of Webb, Alabama; and her son-in-law Aaron Perez of Webb, Alabama. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Southside Baptist Church "Senior Adult Program", 423 E. Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL, 36301.
