She is survived by: her husband Sammy Davy Prevatte of Elba, AL; her children, Crystal Elaine Chancey (Keith) of Tampa, FL, Michael James Collins of Elba, AL and Raymond Cory Collins of Tampa, FL; and her sisters, Bettie Fultz of Plant City, FL, Janice Hagland of Astoria, OR, Sharon Dorris of Cave City, AR, Jeannie Brown of Clayton, GA and Hazel Frey of Hardy, AR. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
