He is survived by : his wife Antionette Jennings of Elkmont, AL; his children, Nakia Starks Phelps and Andrew Starks; and his siblings, William Edward Appleton of Pulaski, TN, Joe T Starks of Huntsville, AL, Darrelle E Starks (Casandra) of Murfreesboro, TN, Shirley Smith (James) of Elkmont, AL, Onitta Martindale of Pulaski, TN and Paula Johnson of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
