He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph David and Irene Charlotte Raffell (Mengel); and his sisters, Sylvia Cressman and Mary Jane Clune. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Ann Mengel; and his siblings, Keith Raffell, Jeffery Raffell, Roberta Cebenka and Christine Mohr. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & extended family.
