He is survived by: his sons, Jamey Thompson and Jason Thompson (Brandi); his siblings, Larry Thompson (Debra), Diane Fuller (Tommy) and Deborah Wise (Randy); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Austin, Cameron, Madison, Kerstina, David, Trinity, Chase and John; and his great grandchildren, Cadence and Caryson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
