He is survived by: his children, Chris Powers (Kellie), Sandy Armstrong (Don) and Donna Wynn (Cedron); his sisters, Jean Burkes and Carolyn Ward; and his grandchildren, Ben Torres, Josh Torres (Bailey), Dixie Kerr Cory Armstrong (Hilary), Christie Armstrong (Haz) and Christy Williams (Stephen). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
