He is survived by: his wife Barbara Swindle; his children, Check Swindle (Jennifer) and Paige Ashford (Shane); his siblings, Shelby Swindle, Belinda Newburn (Brandon) and Frank Swindle (Theresa); his grandchildren, Dustin Swindle (Kimberly), Kali Swindle, Dice Ashford, Coy Ashford, Eddie Appleby (Jessica) and Tyler Appleby (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Jordan Swindle, Callie Sexton, Bella Fondren and Madelynn Long.
