He is survived by: his wife Maria Eustolia Mejia; and his sons, Jose G. Mejia Chicago (Alma D. Mejia), Javier Mejia Chicago (Dalia G. Sandoval), Adolfo Mejia, Jr., Alexander Mejia (Shontae Marzette) and Roberto Mejia (Maria G. Mejia). He is also survived by his grandchildren, brothers and 1 sister.
