She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Johnson; her brothers, Billy Jim Smith and Ted Boyette Smith, Sr.; and her grandson Scott Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her children-in-law, Tony DuBose of Enterprise and Karen Johnson of Enterprise; her grandchildren, Kimberly Thornton (Michael), Ken Johnson (Brandy), Stephanie Walters (Clint) and Mark Johnson; and her sister-in-law Mable Smith of Enterprise. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, 4015 Hwy 27, Enterprise, Alabama 36330.
