He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley Faye, Brandon Wilson and Donnie Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Candice Tolbert of Enterprise, AL, Latesia McClain of North Carolina and Timothy Baldwin North Carolina (Kristy); and his siblings, Paula Sanders (Larry) of Huntsville and Johnny Baldwin of New Brockton. He is also survived by five grandchildren a host of nieces and nephews.
