He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Turner Killingsworth; his sisters, Evelyn Watson and Glenda Cowan; his brother-in-law Joe Pat Cowan; his cousin Sammy McClenny; and his pet Harry Wayne Killingsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Killingsworth of Enterprise, AL; his pet Herbie Wayne Killingsworth; his nephew Jeffery Cowan (Dori) of Geneva, AL; his niece Jennifer Hatcher (Michael) of Ozark, AL; his great-nieces, Emily Hatcher and Rebekah Hatcher; and his great-nephew Aidan Hatcher.
