He is survived by: his children, RJ Hicks (Monet), Ray McGee, Vanessa Parham, Marilyn Smith, April Young and Tanisha Bynum; his sisters, Alleane and Pauline Miles; and his close friend Suzette Egan. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
