Hazel is survived by: children, Nita Bourne (Robert) of Altha, FL, Rebecca Carr (Dewayne) of Altha, FL, Jacqueline Bouy of Altha, FL and James Neiswender (Trish); grandchildren, Traci Ryan (Jason), Tommy Neiswender, Brett Huffine, Ian Daft, Ashley Carr and Travis Carr; siblings, Juanita Hagler of Donalsonville, GA, Betty Arnold North Carolina (Jack) and Lamar; and great grandchild Naya Goldman.
