He was predeceased by: his aunt Jacee Butler. He is survived by: his parents, Slayter Jerkins and Jocee Jerkins; his grandparents, Jason, Grecia Butler and Yvette Melvin; his uncle Austin Butler; and his aunt Nikki Tello (Angel). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
