He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sipper and Pauline Sipper. He is survived by: his wife Doris Sipper of Enterprise, AL; his daughters, Renee Goodyear of Enterprise, AL and Christy West of New Brockton, AL; his siblings, Martha Frausto (Oscar) of Ozark, AL, Dot Cochran (Jerry) of New Brockton, AL and Tony Bloodsworth (Diane) of New Brockton, AL; his grandson Tanner; and his nephew Glenn Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
