He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Decker of Enterprise, AL; his children, Brooke Bukowski of Bristol, CT, Jordan Bukowski of Enterprise, AL and Austin Bukowski of New Britain, CT; his grandmother Viola Fowler of Bristol, CT; his parents, Sandra Hebert of Enterprise, AL and Robert Bukowski of Knoxville, TN; his brother Jamie Bukowski of Dothan, AL; his parents-in-law, Mark Stephen Decker and Patricia Jo Decker; and his brothers-in-law, Matthew Mark Decker, Mookie and Miami. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
