He is survived by: his wife Annie Sullivant; his son Joey; his daughters-in-law, Carla Sullivant of Enterprise, AL and Sandra Sullivant of Enterprise, AL; his grandchildren, Brian Sullivant (Sara), Ashley Sullivant, Matt Sullivant (Tori) and Zack Sullivant; his great grandchildren, Lexie Sullivant, Adelyn Sullivant, Bailey Sullivant and Everley Sullivant; and his sister Louise Hussey (Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
