She is survived by: her husband Walter Addy; her children, Ken Addy (Carolyn) of Enterprise, AL, Lynn Boley of Houston, TX and Susan Holsapple (Jeff) of Pompano Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Daniel Williams, Joshua Lamp, Donnie Lamp, Mark Ingram, Alyssa Ingram, Stephen Addy, Tim Addy and Paris Frederick; and her great grandchildren, Brooks Addy, MaryBlake Addy, Walton Addy, Emmalynn Addy, Luke Williams, Jimi Williams and Jack Hedges. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many very dear friends.
