She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Melton and Clara Elizabeth Glover Sorrells; her husband Allan Morphis; and her sister Myra Sorrells Parrish. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Spann and Rodney Spann; her grandchildren, Aaron Spann and Jade Spann; her great grandchildren, Austin Spann and Amber Spann; her brother Robert "Bob" Sorrells; and her nephews, Jeff Sorrells (Carrie) and Lee Sorrells (Tammy). She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
