He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd and Joan H. Powell. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Raetzke and Lou Ann Raetzke; his brother Joshua Fales; his stepsisters, Sally Raetzke and Jessica Raetzke; his aunts, Susan Jones (Cecil) and Lynda King (Lee); and his cousins, Jeremy Jones (Chasity), Kathryn King, Amy Chamberlin (Kenny), Carl King (Kristen), Christopher Jones, Kyle Jones, Hunter Jones, Kailee Chamberlin, Alissa Chamberlin and Hudson King.
