He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Buxton and Liler Buxton of Enterprise, AL; and his stepfather Hugh Harper. He is survived by: his wife Janis S. Buxton; his children, Austin Buxton (Beth), Denise Buxton (Gordon Bruce) and William Buxton (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Dallas Buxton (Amanda), Dalton Buxton, Christine Kimman, Danielle Buxton, Blaine Maund, Ashlynn Buxton and Ashton Buxton; and his great grandchild Jagger Anderson of Milford, KS..
