He is survived by: his wife Martha A. Hill; his children, Leanne Hill Dickerson (Michael), Lisa Hill Dial (Ray), Richard A. Hill (Xemania) and Scott E. Hill (Wanda); and his siblings, Wayne, Brad, Elaine and Carol. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
