She is survived by: her husband Rev. Charles Spivey; her daughters, Lawana Henrich (Bill), Monique Lyon (Ronnie), Tabatha Smith (Jeff), Tonya Spivey, Victoria Bradley, Anisa McKenzie (Barry) and Darlene Quattlebaum (Scotty); her grandchildren, Misty Smith, Johnathan McIntyre (Dwyn), Noah Saunders, Jorden Saunders, Crissy Heffner, Kristyn Green, Christopher Trawick and Mackenzie Saunders; and her great grandchildren, Kinsleigh Trawick, Carson Trawick and Madison Lyon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
