She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. "Roi" Royal; her son Patrick Michael Royal; her grandson Charles A. Copeland; and her brother DeForest Malin. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Brown of Hot Springs, AR, Caroline Ranger, Margaret Copeland, Therese Royal, Thomas Royal of Altoona, PA and Matthew Royal; and her siblings, Julia Field of Portland and Lewis Malin of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
