He was predeceased by: his daughter Carolyn Ruth Chamberlin; and his sister Shirley Kibby. He is survived by: his wife Claudine Chamberlin of Enterprise, AL; his children, Rebecca Duckworth of San Diego, CA and Wayne; and his daughter-in-law Vicki Chamberlin of Ozark, AL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
