He was predeceased by: his wife Jean McDaniel; and his siblings, Louise Sconyers, Cora Jean McDaniel, Robert, Wiley, Tom Ed and Glen McDaniel.
He is survived by: his children, Marsha Martin (Tony) of Enterprise, AL, Janet Rowe of Tallahassee, FL and Mark McDaniel (Lorene) of Enterprise, AL; his grandchildren, Josh Martin of Huntsville, AL, Jay Martin (Jennifer) of Rome, GA, Julie Meeks (Jason) of Ozark, AL, Daniel Rowe of Edmonds, WA, Quinn Snow (Andy) of Olympia, WA and Mary Helms (Brandon) of Jack, AL; his great grandchildren, MacDaniel Helms and Jack Martin; and his sister Sarah Stone of Enterprise, AL..
