He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maydelle Autry, Adelle Reddish and William R. Brown Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Melinda F. Brown; his sons, Ronald E. Brown (Donna), Wayne Brown (Rita) and Darrin E. Brown (Ann Marie); his stepchildren, David B. Miller (Debbie) and Emily K. Jacobs; and his siblings, Edward E. Brown (Mary), Elea Peppers (Howard), Nell Flournoy and Marie Woodfin (Wayne). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
