With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Rudyard Witte of Eufaula, Alabama, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas Rudyard Witte to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard George Witte and Ruby Lorrine Zimmer Witte; and his grandson Jaden Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife DeAnn Kay Galloway Witte; his children, Michael McKown, Jonathan Sullivan (Beth), Stephen Sullivan (Aquilla), Jared Sullivan, April Baxter (Robert) and Patti Finch (Kris); his sister Barbara Ware (Oney); his grandchildren, Cassie Sanchez, Taylor Sanchez, Rilie Sanchez, Lauren Baxter, Allona Sullivan, Landon Sullivan, Kali Sullivan, Bridget Sullivan, Aiden Albright, Lily Albright, Caleb Sullivan, Grayson Sullivan, Zoie Finch, Emily Finch and Kamden Finch; and his great grandchild Kalani Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 the National Cemetery requires anyone that is NOT fully vaccinated to wear a mask at all times.
