He is survived by: his wife Polly Hicks Oakley; and his children, Jennifer Oakley Dunegan (Newville), Connie Adney (Dave), Ellis Alan Oakley (Ricarda) and Paul H. Oakley, Jr.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
