He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Dan Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Curtis; his sons, Ryan Curtis (Becky) and Shawn Curtis (Nicole); his grandchildren, Audrey, Emmett and Hudson; his mother Shirley Curtis; and his brother Jason Curtis (Christi). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
