She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Lester Spencer Sr.; her parents, Virginia Andrews and Tully Andrews; and her siblings, Burnell and Jeanette Andrews Schabel.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Spencer Flynn Wright and Dr. Lester Harden Spencer Jr. (Janeese Spencer); and her grandchildren, Laura Flynn Steele (Jeremy), Sean Flynn, Sarah Flynn Cranton (Bryan), Harden Spencer, Ciara Spencer Perkins (Alex) and Joshua Spencer. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
