He is survived by: his wife Peggy Urbanek Dunnam; his children, Suzanne White (Jeremy), Micah Dunnam (Amanda), Laura Rawlins (Timmy) and Jason Bagley (Felicia); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan, Logan, Breleigh, Timothy, Kaleb, Anslie, Ashlin and Chase.
