Petties, Marlonta Petties, Isaiah Ellis-Hamilton and James Petties, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jacob Petties, Cormiya Gray, Zariyha Petties, Rickey Mims, Jr. and Ross Mims; his siblings, Gloria Sinclair, Lena Pettis, Linda Pettis-Robinson, Yvonne Pettis-Woods, Joann Pettis-Watson, Wanda Pettis, Darrel Pettis and Wayne Pettis (Emma); and his cousins, Josephine Gains, Wanda Cook-Robinson and Hary Lee Pettis. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, many other relatives and friends.
