With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy McKinstry (Fairhope, Alabama), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on June 13, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas I. McKinstry (Ret); her father Stephen A. Foote, Jr. of Houston; and her siblings, Stephen A. Foote III of Houston, Texas, Joseph Garrett Foote of Houston, Texas, William Houston Foote of Houston, Texas, John Travis Foote of Houston, Texas, Lillian Foote Tigard of Sugar Land, Mary Jo Foote Endlich of Lancashire and England.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda Watson (Mike) of Houston and Kathy Zoghby (Alex) of Mobile; her grandchildren, Jessica Cuthbert (Brian), Melissa Watson, Taylor Watson (Tia), Garrett Zoghby (Katie), Stephen Zoghby and Caroline Zoghby; and her great grandchildren, Emma Cuthbert, Mary Hyland Zoghby and Cecilia Zoghby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
