He is survived by: his wife Carolle; his stepchildren, Christine Gavlin (Tim) of Western Springs, IL and Denis Bohm (Claudia) of Austin, TX; his daughters, Robyn Kunst and Susan Fitzpatrick of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Bridget Gavlin (Annie) of Chicago, IL, Patrick Gavlin of Seattle, WA and Kyle Bohm (Haley) of Austin, TX; and his brother Russ Fitzpatrick of Casa Grande, AZ.. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
