He is survived by: his children, Bob Middleton (Linda) of Gulf Shores, AL. and Pam Middleton (Pat Rowan) of Irvington, NY.; his grandchildren, Jill Arnold (Bryan) and Adam Middleton; and his great grandchild Will Middleton.
