With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Van Knight in Fairhope, Alabama, born in Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Van Knight to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. J. Knight and Pernecie Knight; his son Marcus Scott Knight; and his brother Joe Knight. He is survived by: his wife Betty Stringer Knight; his son Van Knight (Beth); his daughter-in-law Cindy Key (Herby); his grandchildren, Jeremy Knight (Kristan), Chris Knight (Melissa), Catherine Gradle (Taylor) and Katie Cooper (Ray); his great grandchildren, Baker, William, Ann Douglas, Fuller and Scott; and his siblings, Charles Knight (Bettie) and Judith Harper. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
