She was predeceased by: her parents, W. T. Hames and Sylvia Hames (McCay). She is survived by: her children, Angel Payne, D. J. Payne and Bo Smith; and her siblings, Alton Hames, Belinda Johnson, Ronda Wright (Randall) and Amanda Pepper (Danny).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Cemetery (858 Co Rd 226, Moulton, AL 35650).
